The making of this wooden surfboard was a big challenge. The wooden custom board has been personalized in every detail.

The blend of modern CAD development systems, expert construction and assembly of the structure, and the Dtales craftsmanship for the final decore turned in a spectacular object.

The inlay decor is designed by Dtales style center, it consists of 2858 pieces, laser cut, entirely assembled and finished by hand.

To complement the Paulownia and Okume woods (that come from sustainable sources) used for the boards structure, the inlay artwork uses different types of natural dyed wood veneers provided by TABU, a leader of sustainable wooden processes.
